Physical Location. MyAccucare.com and AccuCare Web System are a product of Orion Healthcare Technology. Orion's servers and data are located within a state-of-the-art data center in Omaha, NE. This facility is designed for security and safety, redundant power supplies, climate control and fire suppression systems, all monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Only authorized personnel are allowed access to Orion's servers.
Network Infrastructure. The myAccuCare.com/AccuCare Web System consists of top-of-the-line routers and firewall products. These systems are constantly monitored and scanned to detect potential intrusion, security and virus vulnerabilities. Only Orion's employees have access to the internal network, and all machines are double password protected. One password is required to access console systems; the other password is for administrative control in the network operating system infrastructure. Employees never have access to client data unless authorized by the customer.
How Do We Backup Data?
Orion Healthcare Technology stores all customer data on Dell PowerEdge® servers, which are backed up to digital tapes every 6 hours. Tapes are transferred off-site for storage in a secure, environmentally controlled data archive facility.
Do We Disclose Information To Outside Parties?
No personally identifiable information is disclosed to outside parties at any time.
